Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Truvah is operated by an individual founder (the "Founder"), not a registered company. By accessing or using Truvah Analyze or Truvah Chat (together, "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Truvah, you represent that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to close any account we believe belongs to someone under 18.

3. Nature of the Service

Truvah provides automated behavioral analysis and communication insights based on conversation text you choose to provide.

These insights are for self-reflection and are not professional, medical, clinical, or psychological advice. Truvah does not replace a therapist, counselor, or your own judgment. You're responsible for any decisions you make based on what Truvah shows you.

4. Your Responsibilities

By using Truvah, you agree that you will not:

• Upload or send conversations containing hate speech, harassment, sexual content involving minors, or other illegal material.
• Impersonate any other person, or misrepresent who you are on Truvah Chat.
• Use another person's conversation without having a reasonable basis to believe you're permitted to.
• Attempt to access another user's account, data, or conversations you're not a participant in.
• Use the Service to harass, stalk, or harm another person.

5. Account Security

You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure, since that's how you sign in to Truvah Chat. Let us know at asktruvah@gmail.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Founder is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including decisions you make about relationships based on Truvah's insights. The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Founder harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person — including a person whose conversation with you was submitted to the Service without their knowledge.

8. Termination

We may suspend or close your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you've violated these Terms or harmed another user. You may close your own account at any time from Chat settings.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra. Before pursuing formal legal action, we ask that you first contact us at asktruvah@gmail.com so we can try to resolve the issue directly — most concerns can be sorted out without needing to go further than that.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Truvah evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
